Dr. Hausten’s Educational Background
Dr. Hausten received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola School of Dentistry. She also earned her master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Iowa. Dr. Hausten is passionate about staying abreast of the latest techniques by regularly completing continuing education courses. She aims to provide each patient with exceptional care every day, during every treatment.
Dr. Hausten’s Personal Life
When she is not improving the lives of her patients, Dr. Hausten spends quality time with her family. She also enjoys all aspects of music, is passionate about traveling and is a culinary enthusiast.
Dr. Hausten understands the importance of contributing to society. Each year, Dr. Hausten and her team give back by supporting charities that serve the needs of those who are less fortunate.
During Christmas, we specifically raise money for the Hospice Organization, Bridging Communites and other organizations. These provide physical, psychological, social and spiritual support to people in need and their loved ones. While dentistry is our main focus at the office, we are also passionate about giving back where we can.
Rachael Cole, DMD
Dr. Rachael Cole earned a Bachelor of Art degree in nutritional sciences from The Ohio State University before attending the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Dentistry, from which she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2021. She has practiced in the Wheaton area since her graduation from dental school.
Dr. Cole continues to advance her training and education regularly to stay at the forefront of the dental field, and has completed over 100 hours of continuing education, including training at the Spear Continuing Education Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Some of her advanced training includes facially generated treatment planning, restorative design, occlusion, anterior restorative design and composite restorations. Dr. Cole is a member of several dental organizations, including:
